Silver Oak-backed Innovative Discovery, a provider of services, guidance, and consultation to law firms, corporations, and government agencies, completed the acquisition of Integro, a product and services provider specialized in delivering solutions for enterprise content management, information governance, email management, eDiscovery, and records management. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Integro and ID’s services and solutions are highly complementary.
