Longshore Capital Partners completed the acquisition of MetaSource from LaSalle Capital.

Longshore Capital Partners, a newly formed private equity fund based in Chicago, completed the acquisition of MetaSource, a provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing and enterprise content management services, from LaSalle Capital, an asset manager.
