Interconexion Electrica ISA Peru, an energy transportation company, completed the acquisition of Peruvian power transmission business from I Squared Capital, a private equity firm for $159m. “I Squared Capital continues to be at the forefront of global infrastructure investing through a combination of platform building and large opportunistic transactions.
