SkyLake Investment completed the acquisition of a 53% stake in Doosan Solus for $588m.

SkyLake Investment, a South Korean private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 53% stake in Doosan Solus, a copper foil and OLED materials maker, for $588m. The unloading of Solus will facilitate Doosan Group’s restructuring process promised to creditors. Following Solus’ sale, the group is expected to shift its focus to Doosan Infracore, which looks set to sell by year-end.
