Accolade Wines completed the acquisition of Katnook Estate from Wingara Wine Group.

Accolade Wines, a wine manufacturer and distributor, completed the acquisition of Katnook Estate, a winery company from Wingara Wine Group, a wine company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As we modernise these brands’ marketing and packaging, innovate into new higher-value product tiers and expand the distribution of these brands globally, we need access to more premium wine,” Robert Foye, Accolade CEO.
