Unilink completed the acquisition of I&G Insurance.

Unilink, a Polish multiagency to invest abroad, completed the acquisition of I&G Insurance, an insurance distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Bulgarian market is completely different from the Polish one. Only insurers and multi-agencies are present on the market, and Agents have the option of working exclusively with the Insurance Company or with a multi-agency. From this perspective, the Bulgarian market is much more transparent and predictable, and the Bulgarian regulator has been supervising both insurers and distributors for many years . On the other hand, the Polish market is definitely more developed in terms of sales techniques, sales network management and marketing. It is also better computerized, and our experience gives us a significant technological and organizational advantage," Igor Rusinowski, Unilink President of the Management Board.
