Quinbrook completed the acquisition of Flexitricity from Alpiq Digital.

Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, a specialist 'value-add' investor and asset manager, completed the acquisition of Flexitricity, a creator of demand response portfolio in Great Britain, from Alpiq Group, a Swiss electricity producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. Alpiq regularly reviews its portfolio of subsidiaries and products as part of its customary reviews of the composition of its business activities and, as a result, makes selective investments or divestments. Following its strategical and geographical focus, Alpiq is withdrawing from the UK market for demand response management.
