Private equity firm DPE Deutsche Private Equity agreed to acquire a majority stake in Mehler Vario System, a manufacturer of ballistic vests, tactical equipment and clothing. Financial terms were not disclosed. With growth capital from DPE, Mehler Vario System will continue its growth strategy, pushing innovation and best-in-class quality for customers.
