Mpac Group to acquire Switchback Group for $15m.

Mpac Group, a provider of packaging and automation solutions, agreed to acquire Switchback Group, a USA based supplier of packaging machinery and automation solutions, for $15m. The acquisition represents a compelling fit with Mpac's strategic intent of being a market leader in the provision of full-line packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food and beverage sectors.
