Hipgnosis Songs Fund, a UK listed investment company offering investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated intellectual property rights, completed the acquisition of Big Deal Music Group, a full-service song company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Big Deal Music will be rebranded to Hipgnosis Songs Group effective immediately.
