BIP Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com.

BIP Capital Partners, an independent financial holding company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com, a French streetwear e-commerce retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. New investors Arkéa Capital SAS and BNP Paribas Développement SA SCR also invested in the company, alongside existing private equity backers Azulis Capital and TIME for Growth, and Cadipa and Showcase. The capital infusion will enable the company to expand its brand and product portfolio, develop stronger partnerships with existing brands and pursue its environmental, social and corporate governance strategy.
