Valvoline to acquire 14 quick-lube centers from Avis Lube.

Valvoline, a worldwide supplier of premium branded lubricants and automotive services, agreed to acquire 14 quick-lube centers from Avis Lube, a provider of full-service quick oil change centers in the Midland and Odessa area. Financial terms were not disclosed.
