Searchlight Capital Partners to invest $425m in Consolidated Communications Holdings.

Private equity firm Searchlight Capital Partners completed an investment in $425m in Consolidated Communications Holdings, a broadband and business communications provider. "We have long respected Consolidated for its proven track record of operating and financial excellence.
