Nexxus Iberia, a provider of financial services, completed the acquisition of STM Seguridad, a provider of security and access control products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The entry of Nexxus will help in the professionalization and internationalization process that we have been seeking for STM during the last year," Josep Grasas, STM CEO.
