Bitumina completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Nynas from Neste.

Bitumina Industries, a bitumen company, completed the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in Nynas, a researcher, producer and supplier of bitumen and naphthenic oils, from Neste, an oil refining and marketing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We take great pride in having been able to acquire the shares of Neste in Nynas which is a natural expansion in our global industrial bitumen portfolio. We are certain that we can contribute to the successful future of Nynas," Bernd Schmidt, Bitumina Industries Executive Chairman.
