The Sterling Group-backed Highline Aftermarket completed the acquisition of Retail Segment from Plews & Edelmann.

The Sterling Group-backed Highline Aftermarket, a distributor of automotive products, completed the acquisition of Retail Segment, a designer and distributor of automotive and industrial tools and accessories, from Plews & Edelmann, a manufacturer and distributor of a broad range of automotive parts and tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Plews & Edelmann looks forward to focusing its efforts on the applied segment of the business with a major growth announcement occurring soon,” Dan Billie, Plews & Edelmann Chief Commercial Officer.
