Peak Rock Capital completed the acquisition of Halo Foods.

Peak Rock Capital, a middle-market private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Halo Foods, a manufacturer of healthy bars and snacks. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Halo represents an exciting opportunity for us to invest in a leading provider within the growing European snacking space.
