Access-backed Playfly completed the acquisition of WorldGaming Network and Collegiate Starleague.

Access-backed Playfly, a full-service sports marketing company, completed the acquisition of WorldGaming Network, an amateur and semi-pro esports tournament network, and Collegiate Starleague, the largest college esports business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
