Impact Healthcare to acquire 9 care homes from Christie & Co and Holmes Care Group for $67m.

Impact Healthcare, a real estate investment trust, agreed to acquire 9 care homes from Christie & Co, a business property adviser, and Holmes Care Group, a family run care group, for $67m. “Providing excellent care to everyone who makes their home with us is our absolute priority. We are very pleased to have concluded this deal, which will allow us to continuously invest in our homes across Scotland whilst maintaining our proud tradition as a family-run business.
