SitusAMC completed the acquisition of Cohen Financial's loan servicing and asset management platform from Truist Financial.

SitusAMC, a provider of services and technologies, completed the acquisition of Cohen Financial's loan servicing and asset management platform from Truist Financial, an American bank holding company. Truist will retain Cohen's Debt Advisory & Placement platform which it will migrate under the Grandbridge brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cohen was a natural fit for us given the relationship between our existing SitusAMC Servicing & Asset Management team and the Cohen clients. We are excited to have the Cohen servicing and asset management platform as part of the SitusAMC team," Michael Franco, SitusAMC CEO.
