Invest and INVEST EQUITY completed the acquisition of IKA from Floridienne.

Invest and INVEST EQUITY, two private equity firms, completed the acquisition of IKA, a producer of pvc stabilizers, from Floridienne, a diversified Belgian industrial group. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the sale of IKA, Floridienne strengthens its focus on the food and life science businesses.
