Seidor Group to acquire Procons-4IT.

Seidor Group, a multinational consulting firm, agreed to acquire Procons-4IT, an IT company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will move our business to a new level and will definitely place Seidor Procons as the SME Leader in MENA.
