Batipart and Covea completed the acquisition of 19 portfolio real estate assets from Adeo for €500m.

Batipart, a real estate investor, and Covea Mutual Insurance Group, a French mutual insurance company, completed the acquisition of 19 portfolio real estate assets located in France from Adeo, a provider of home improvement and distribution of do-it-yourself products industry, for €500m. "This deal constitutes a milestone in the expansion of our property portfolio in Europe. Our teams will from now on be able to work with Adeo and its brands to manage these assets in the best possible way in the long term, which is a shared and important perspective for both our groups,” Nicolas Ruggieri, Batipart Chairman.
