Compass Diversified completed the acquisition of Boa Technology for $454m.

Compass Diversified, an investment and holding company, completed the acquisition of Boa Technology, an inventor of an alternative to shoe laces, for $454m. The deal is expected to close by early November. “It really fits every metric that we look for. They own all the intellectual property in the space and there are no competitors,” Elias Sabo, Compass Diversified CEO.
