Private equity firm H.I.G. Capital completed the investment in Construction Forms, a manufacturer of engineered, abrasion-resistant piping systems and accessories for concrete, mining, power generation, and other industrial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Con Forms has built a strong, global brand with a well-earned reputation for quality and performance.
