Grupo Tornini completed the acquisition of Figueras Seating Solutions from Figueras Group, a global reference in the design, manufacturing and installation of fixed seating and movable seating solutions for public spaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. Figueras Seating Solutions declared bankruptcy the face of the new economic scenario posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
