KKR-backed Exact, a provider of business and accounting software, agreed to acquire Officient, a Belgian HR software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Officient, we found the perfect partner to address this and have been impressed by how quickly they have attracted their impressive client base. This acquisition fits well with our strategy to grow through a combination of organic development and integration of acquired products.
