Joel Weinshanker, Atalaya Capital and Beige family to acquire Rubie's Costume Company for $140m.

Rubie's managing partner Joel Weinshanker, Atalaya Capital Management, a private equity firm, and Beige family, agreed to acquire Rubie's Costume Company, a costumes manufacturing company, for $140m.
