FRP Advisory Group, a UK professional services firm specialising in restructuring advice, agreed to acquire Abbott Fielding, a business recovery practice based in Sidcup, Kent. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased to complete another acquisition that continues to selectively build our UK footprint.
