Tencent, Hillhouse and YF Capital led a $176m investment round in Taimei Technology.

Investment companies Tencent, Hillhouse Capital and YF Capital led a $176m investment round in Taimei Technology, a Jiaxing-based software company. Taimei runs TrialOS, a platform that involves the different stakeholders in the pharmaceutical sector, including hospitals, drug makers, regulators, and patients. TrialOS consists of more than 20 applications, managing clinical research projects, clinical trial documents, patient data, and a system that alerts on adverse drug reactions during trials, among others.
