Colony Capital-backed DataBank, a provider of enterprise-class colocation, connectivity, and managed services, completed the acquisition of zColo, including certain US and European data center assets, from Zayo Group, a provider of communications infrastructure services, including fiber and bandwidth connectivity, colocation and cloud infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Simply put, this highly complementary acquisition will allow us to serve customers better.
