AlphaCore, a wealth advisor firm, completed the acquisition of Private Client Group, a wealth management firm, from iCapital Network, a fintech startup. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Private Client Group is made up of a group of talented advisors who understand the needs of their high-net-worth clientele incredibly well and we are proud to add them to our team along with their respected roster of clients," Dick Pfister, AlphaCore Founder and CEO.
