RDM Group completed the acquisition of Paprinsa for $36m.

RDM Group, an Italy-based manufacturer of cardboard, completed the acquisition of Paprinsa, a manufacturer of chipboard and carton board, for $36m. “The acquisition of Paprinsa clearly confirms our competitive positioning as the leading company in Southern Europe in the segment of recycled cartonboard, as part of a clear long-term strategy and leveraging on a solid financial position," Michele Bianchi, RDM CEO.
