Seven Investment Management completed the acquisition of Partners Wealth Management.

Seven Investment Management, an investment management business, completed the acquisition of Partners Wealth Management, a London-based financial planner. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal creates a group with a combined AUM of approximately £17bn, employing over 400 people and providing a range of investment and financial planning services.
