SDC Capital Partners to acquire a minority stake in ALLO Communications from Nelnet for $197m.

SDC Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a minority stake in ALLO Communications, a telecommunication company, from Nelnet, a business service provider, for $197m.
