Valvoline to acquire 12 quick-lube centers from Einstein's Oilery.

Valvoline, a worldwide supplier of premium branded lubricants and automotive services, agreed to acquire 12 quick-lube centers from Einstein's Oilery, a chain of automotive maintenance centers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
