Cellnex to acquire a 60% stake in Metrocall from Indra.

Cellnex, an operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures, agreed to acquire a 60% stake in Metrocall, an operator responsible of the design, development, management and operation of the cellular network of Metro de Madrid, from Indra, a technology and consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, Cellnex reinforces the portfolio of telecommunications infrastructures that manages for transport networks and suburban environments.
