OLX Group completed the acquisition of a majority stake of CarSmile.

OLX Group, an online marketplace company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake of CarSmile, a car leasing and rental startup. Financial terms were not disclosed. CarSmile lets customers lease or rent a car long-term online. Users can choose from over 1k vehicles, including vans and premium cars. The startup has leased or rented over 2,5k cars and has around 300k monthly users.
