H.I.G. Capital completed the acquisition of Hart & Cooley from Johnson Controls.

H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of Hart & Cooley, a manufacturer of HVAC and air distribution products, from Johnson Controls International, an American Irish-domiciled multinational conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership will allow us to continue our focus on growth and innovation along with operational improvements that will provide new opportunities to serve our customers," Jim Kaboski, Hart & Cooley Chief Operating Officer.
