JG Pears Group completed the acquisition of P Waddington.

JG Pears Group, a company manufacturing prepared foods and miscellaneous food specialties, completed the acquisition of P Waddington, a company specialising in manufacturing of sausages, cured meats, smoked meats, canned meats, and other meat specialties. Financial terms were not disclosed. “There are many linkages between JG Pears and P Waddington, and the larger Group will be well placed to service the needs of the animal by product sector going forward.
