Frontier Digital Ventures, a venture capital firm, completed the acquisition of Avito in Morocco, Tayara in Tunisia and Fincaraíz in Colombia, three digital marketplaces, from Adevinta, a global online classifieds specialist, operating digital marketplaces. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These divestments represent another important milestone in the optimisation of our portfolio.
