Rester Management completed the acquisition of ELAD Canada from ELAD Group for $384m.

Rester Management, a real estate company that owns, develops and manages office, retail and residential properties, completed the acquisition of ELAD Canada, a multi-billion dollar real estate development, investment, and asset management company, from ELAD Group, a real estate development company, for $384m.
