Private equity firm Golub Capital completed the acquisition of a stake in MCC Senior Loan Strategy JV, a senior loan joint venture of Medley Capital, a non-diversified closed-end management investment company, for $156m. In June 2020, Medley Capital announced it would commence a strategic review process to explore alternatives "to maximize shareholder value."
