Synopsis
Private equity firms PAG, Samara Capital and CX Partners offered to acquire a 70% stake in Anjan Drug, which supplies active pharmaceutical ingredients for central nervous system therapies, for $70m. “The acquisition is part of the PAG-led consortium’s strategy to create a best-in-class platform for the development and production of bulk drug ingredients,” PAG.
