Barletta Group and Annabel Holding to set up Arsenale.

Barletta Group, an Italian real estate development company, and Annabel Holding, a holding company of businessman Nicola Bulgari, agreed to set up Arsenale, a joint venture focused on tourism made in Italy and active in the management of a project in the Italian hospitality sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
