CM.com to acquire RobinHQ.com.

CM.com, a global conversational commerce provider, agreed to acquire RobinHQ.com, an e-commerce customer service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "RobinHQ.com offers us additional high value functionalities for customer contact centers as well as an extended customer base for enhanced up and cross selling opportunities," Jeroen van Glabbeek, CM.com CEO.
