Fundación Nasser completed the acquisition of Fundaempresa from Laureate Education.

Fundación Nasser, a non-profit organization, completed the acquisition of Fundaempresa, an educational services provider, from Laureate Education, an educational services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
