Bowmark Capital-backed Focus Group, a UK provider of communications and IT solutions, completed the acquisition of Resource Telecom Group, which provides telecoms, IT and utilities to its SME customer base. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Knight were fantastic throughout the process, from preparing the business for sale to delivering a number of strong written offers for the business.
