Cinven-backed JLA Group completed the acquisition of MacDonald Martin.

Cinven-backed JLA Group, a critical equipment supply and service partner, completed the acquisition of MacDonald Martin, a UK fire safety expert. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The speed at which our fire safety and security division is growing is a reflection of JLA’s commitment to being a true partner across all aspects of its customers’ critical facilities.
