GRP-backed Marshall Wooldridge, an insurance broker, completed the acquisition of Messrs RF Broadley, a commercial broker specialising in farm insurance. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RF Broadley is a well-respected, long-established local family firm with a strong client base and great expertise, particularly in agriculture.
